This year it's a chocolate truffle ice cream cake, it's like Turtles apparently.Tomorrow I will be having my three children, Sandy and possibly Herb, over to celebrate Derek's 25 birthday! I love it when we all come together and spend some time visting, we generally eat too much and have tons of laughs! Fun, fun, fun...... I can't wait 'til they all get here!
Sounds like tomorrow is going to be an awesome-ly fun day! The cake looks beautiful and I'm sure it's going to be delicious...but I'm more interested in knowing what the main course is. Maybe you need me to stop by and take pictures...or something? :-)

Dinner's around five, it's Santa Fe Chicken at Derek's request served with broccoli and cheddar stuffed potatoes, honey-dill glazed carrots, ceaser salad, garlic toast or choice of fresh buns, plus an appetizer tray with shrimp, oysters, cheese, pickeles, cauliflower and whatever else I can find in my fridge!
