Today was beautiful! I think that we got up to +12c which is awesome for this time of year. I'm glad for the kids who were out trick or treating tonight. I didn't get all that many children at my door, but I did manage to get a few photos of some of them.
Here was a vampire, a funny witch, the other girl was one of those young teen idols whose name I can't remember and the fella in the back, I'm not so sure what he was but these kids were a fun bunch.
This next little one was a devil, her grandmother never allowed her mother to be the devil when she was a child so now the mom allowed this cute little one to be whatever she wanted. Sometimes I think that we live vicariously through our children.
Then this little one showed up, she got scared of Abbie and turned to run away. I held Abbie and these two became fast friends. I had to smile when mom seen my camera, she asked me if I was a professional photographer, I had to tell her the truth and told her that I was! Just kidding. :-)
And naturally I saved the most adorable little one for last, she was the cutest little butterfly I've ever seen in my entire life! My precious granddaughter came over early and was she so adorable, I'm still smiling just seeing her photo!
Happy 1st Halloween precious Elyssa!
Happy 1st Halloween precious Elyssa!

They are all so cute but I don't think that was the aim lol. Sadly being on a first floor flat we did not get anybody at the door.

So cute!!! Especially Elyssa!
ReplyDeleteThey're not so scary...unless you are holding a candy bar.
ReplyDeletePam, thank you.
ReplyDeleteLL, I love the little ones, their way to cute. The bigger scary ones, they were once cute as well I'm sure.
They are all so very cute.. I dont get any children coming any longer. They go out to the bigger centers and halls in the area. I miss giving out candi and looks like you had so much fun.
ReplyDeleteIts going to be a nice week so they say.
Lisa, I sure hope that "they" are right and it stays nice for a week, or two or three! :-) I detest the crazy city drivers when we get snow, it's like they've never driven in it EVER, in about December it seems people slow down and there's not nearly as many accidents.
ReplyDeleteWhen I was on the farm I didn't get any kids neither, I only wished that I did back then. I love children, especially when they're someone else's! lol Pros and cons of city life, more pros for country life I think but I almost wonder if I'm getting too accustomed to the lifestyle here now and like to only like to visit the farm... oh oh. Maybe an acreage just o
oops wrong key! lol I was saying maybe an acreage just outside of the city would be the answer, but I'd have to win the lotto to do that!
ReplyDeletesweet little thing.
ReplyDeleteActually, Elyssa is the cutest :-)
ReplyDeleteGreetz,
Joseph
Chas, she sure is my pride and joy, like you can't tell eh? :-)
ReplyDeleteThank you Joseph, I am biased for sure but to hear this from others validates that I'm not totally biased... if that makes any sense! lol
