Today I went to a BBQ at my boss's house, well she's not so much my boss as she is my friend, they have family down visiting from Ontario. I had so much fun today getting to know some of their family, catching up with some dear friends and naturally taking photos. It was a tough choice tonight picking my photo, there's so many to choose from, but this little lady stole my heart, she's absolutely adorable!
I believe that God put children in our lives to keep us young at heart...
There was no question about it, we were going over, not to worry though, neither the children nor the hammock were damaged!

She is a cutie! Her parents are going to have to hire armed guards to keep the boys away in a few years!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a great time! But I can truthfully say that I could never have enjoyed myself that much at any of my bosses' homes. Ha. You must have a very good boss. And what a cute little girl!
ReplyDeleteAndy not to worry, anybody that's smart won't mess with her or they'll contend with her father, he's a big man! :-) Enjoy your day!
ReplyDeleteClint is appears you've had the wrong boss's, as I mentioned my boss is my friend and we sure had some awesome laughs yesterday. I think that we were cut out of the same material! lol I wanted to bring this little angel home with me, she's that adorable. Have a wonderful day!
What beautiful photo's! I love children so much, they are so lovely, and have such a carefree view of the world! If only I still had that view! Haha.
ReplyDeleteThose are adorable children (and grandmother).
ReplyDeleteSaz we can view the world in any way we so choose, I generally have a carefree life until I have situations that deem me to be responsible, unfortunately that's most of the time except when I'm with children. They bring out the kid in me. :-)
ReplyDeleteLL thank you. You just made my day that much more special. :-)
Looks like you all had a wonderful time...she is a cutie!!
ReplyDeleteThe second photo describes what great fun you had there :-)
ReplyDeleteGreetz,
Joseph
Ah! But were YOU hurt going over?:)
ReplyDeleteKids are so wonderful. I love seeing the world through their eyes!!!!
Flora it was a fantastic way to spend a Sunday afternoon. I have a BBQ this Sunday, a much smaller one and then another BBQ at the end of the month at my place. I'll have to join Jenny after this summer! lol Have an awesome weekend!
ReplyDeleteHi there Joseph, I have fun most anywhere I go. It's an option I choose to exercise! lol How've you been? Are you busy being out and enjoying the hazy, lazy days of summer? Speaking of which I'd best quit procrastinating and get out weeding the flower beds and garden here at the farm! Have a wonderful weekend!
Dawn nothing was hurt on me except my ego! lol Not really, it was all in good fun. All the best to you this weekend, have a blast and kick ass! ;-)
Had a look at a bunch more of your posts Darlene - awesome shots of Elyssa, and then these. Yep, that's why God made little ones alright - keeps us young (as long as their parents take them home when we get tired ;-)
ReplyDeleteHave a great week !
Thank you Rick... YIKES, it just boomed out there and scared the crap right outta me! lol Sounds like we're going to get it but good tonight.
ReplyDeleteThat's the plan, send them home not so much when they're tired, it's when we get tuckered out. The circle of life alright, don't you just love it? I sure do... I know you do as well, it's a figure of speech! ;-)
Great to see you back here, I'm glad you've got access to high speed again... wait a second, you're back in Florida already? Will you be staying down there or coming home after a visit? Have an excellent week, I hope you've got some photos posted, I'm starting to go through Rick photo withdrawals! lol
