Elmo

Now how is it that Elmo keeps turning up in my world?  Elmo ceased to exist in my world for about 15 years, now it seems everywhere I go there's Elmo. Yesterday Elmo jumped right into my grocery cart, how that happened who knows but I'm sure Elyssa's going to love her new Elmo book. ;-)

  2. Now that I have a grandbaby, I'm having flashbacks, too! The Cat in the Hat has come out of the attic, for example!

  3. Clint I agree, the second time around with Elmo is much more educational for me I find. Maybe because I make the time to learn with Elyssa and Elmo. When my children were young life was way to busy at times, Elmo occupied them more often than taught us all life lessons. It's a good thing God give us grandchildren, we get to enjoy what some of us might have otherwise missed out on. :-) And I love coming to see what you're writing about when time permits, I love a lot of your topics and today... well today I was procrastinating on this writing I have to do but I got a good warm up responding to your post, so thank you! ;-) Enjoy the afternoon!

Galen you still have the Cat in the Hat? I sure hope I do out at the farm tucked away someplace. I LOVED reading Dr. Seuss to my kids, that was so much fun when they were old enough to attempt to read those books. Enjoy your afternoon... if you happen to have free time want to write me a research paper? lol

  4. The Cat in the Hat goes way back, I remember it coming into my three room school house when I was in grade 5. Each room had three grades and the grade 4's where reading from the books. I remember they were in the rooms library. Each room had a small book library.
