I was cleaning up my desktop this morning, this is where I keep all of my sticky notes as reminders to what's due and when. Two weeks ago I couldn't barely see my screen, tonight it's down to this...
Not only can I see a light at the end of this tunnel, it's getting a bit brighter each day! Tomorrow one more of these will be gone, I can do this... I know I can. After all I didn't come all this way to fail now.
Ahhh, here's an awesome quote for tonight:
"Nobody trips over mountains. It is the small pebble that causes you to stumble. Pass all the pebbles in your path and you will find you have crossed the mountain."

sometimes when evything is already done and cleaned up I start feeling sort of strange:) what? there is really nothing that I have to do..?
ReplyDeleteYes, you're almost there. How do you use your computer screen, though, with the notes on it?
ReplyDeleteHooray for you Darlin! I give you credit for having your post-it notes so neatly hung....my hubby loves hanging these in his office (drives me crazy to see so many)I can't even see how he has any order to it either... but in this kind of neat order and not just hung about everywhere...this I can see would work....Good luck on the exam too!
ReplyDeleteOla that might be the case, I'm actually hoping it is and I have some "me" time before I go out and get a job. The fun I can have going out and taking photos! :-)
ReplyDeleteKathy, thank you. The post-it notes are a program, they're in my computer not on my computer, maybe a suggestion for your husband? -)
Karen thank you. Depending on which version of Windows you have you can get the post-it notes for no charge. Just go to your start up menu, type in sticky notes and do a search, you might have them and not even know you do. I use Windows 7 professional and have them.
Have a great day ladies!
What a journey you've had and now you're almost stumble free and you will have crossed your mountain...what an inspiration!
ReplyDeleteMy first thought was what a terrific photo of the reflection in the ornament. My second thought was what legible handwriting you have!
ReplyDeleteWonderful quote, dear Darlin! You write very well, my compliments.
ReplyDeleteSince I had the Ipod touch, I did away with the sticky notes ... but still have few on the fridge ...
ReplyDeleteTheanne thank you.
ReplyDeleteGalen I found that app on Lunapix and I absolutely love it. Thank you. Oh and my handwriting is close to this, when I actually write something other than notes in class. Everything is so computerized these days, it's no wonder the children today barely know how to read, write, or do simple math, the computer does it all for them. Have a wonderful day.
Erika thank you, this isn't my writing it's font on the computer. The sticky notes are an application, it's how I keep my life organized. I just had a thought, now I'm going to put out a challenge for us all to show off our penmanship... any takers? lol Enjoy the day!
Wong the only 'bad' thing about the iPods, laptops and any other electronic gadget we use to stay organized is heaven forbid we were to ever lose them or have them stolen. That would be devastating. Other than that I love this concept, no more sticky notes falling off my desk, fridge, or wherever else I used to keep them. Have a wonderful day!
