Farewell Ballarat

Today I left Ballarat...

... no it wasn't on this horse and buggy, I'd still be on my way to my next destination if this were the case. I went via shuttle to Melbourne, boarded a plane, and now I'm about to settle in for the night at Beverley's in Brisbane where I will spend four glorious days. I love Beverly, she's just as wonderful as I'd imagined she'd be and we're going to be having us some fun!

    2. Karen too bad I didn't have a ball dress on, that would have made for a priceless shot! lol Thank you.

Red I guess even the horses here are trained to stay on the wrong side of the road! lol

    1. Red it sure is awesome, it's like I knew Beverly before I met her, well in a way I did, but it's fantastic to put a face to the name, a real face and not a photo! This is an amazing way to spend my final few weeks in Australia, I'm loving it!

  3. Wow, so much traveling you won't know what to do with yourself once you are back home. You'll be bored!

    1. Shayne I don't think I'll be bored, not for a while. I have these two correspondence courses to knock off ASAP, after I spend some time with everyone (especially Elyssa), then I have the deck to stain and a few other things to tend to around the house, then I'd imagine it's going to be time to find a job! Never a dull moment. I hope you're having a wonderful weekend, you must still be getting settled, as I'm sure you will be for quite some time. Have fun!

    1. Thank you Wong. There's going to be much to celebrate when I return to Canada; Mother's Day, my birthday and the completion of this phase of my education... there is light at the end of this educational journey and it's getting brighter all the time!

      Have a wonderful day!
