.... errrr, the three Canadians!
Tonight the three of us who traveled over from Alberta, Canada to come to Adelaide, Australia to do our final practicum placement for our degree in social work are all together... we're having a sleep over because one of us is moving on tomorrow. The three of us haven't had the opportunity to spend much time together, well other than a trip to Cleland Wildlife Park... remember this one?
Oh... right, we also all went for surfing lessons
And tonight... well tonight it was chillin' time. Genevieve, who is on the left, is leaving Adelaide tomorrow, I'm the next to leave in two weeks, and my flatmate is leaving in about 3 weeks.
Ladies, congratulations, we did it!
(Just don't tell them that I posted this photo k?) lol

It's sure good to have friends to do things with.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the heads up on the missing photo. I've got it fixed. I would not have known if you had not told me.
No worries Scott, now I'll get back over to your blog to see this photo. Cheers.

Ola thank you and I am happy, Australia has been good to me and I've enjoyed this trip immensely. I know I've learned a lot more than I would have back home, in a different sense, but ya, a lot more! Cheers... have an amazing weekend!
DeleteYou are very beautiful! A big hug from Italy .
ReplyDeleteErika
Erika thank you and huge hugs sent back your way from Australia! Cheers.
DeleteYou look like a team in those blue T-shirts and black trousers, I bet you had a wonderful time.
ReplyDeleteDarlene, as I've already written in my blog, I've added the follower's tab into the right column of my blog so you can easily add me if you wish so. Best regards.
Petra those blue T-shirts and black trousers are a wet suit with a T on, we were taking a surfing lesson and it was a blast!
DeleteI'll be over to visit your blog, thanks.
Wish they had practicums in Australia when I did mine. You gain so much more when you have to focus on a different setting. By the way I rally liked having practicum students as I learned so much from them.
ReplyDeleteRed it's amazing what we can learn from others, and not necessarily in the academic sense. Life is amazing, as is Australia. If you've never been here I highly recommend Adelaide in their summer months; Dec, Jan, or Feb, it's so beautiful!
DeleteWow, only 2 more weeks left. I hope you get in lots of sight seeing before then.
ReplyDeleteHorst I've covered a lot of ground while I've been in Australia, I'm thinking for the next few weeks a bit of R&R is in order. :-) Have a great weekend!
